HOW MUCH MUSCLE will I be able to
gain on the
Optimum Anabolics program and HOW FAST?
"Results may vary" is of course the most accurate response, but that's not what you want to hear, is it?
I can tell you that different people gain different amounts at different cycles in the program. While one person may gain more muscle and burn more fat during Cycle 1... others report skyrocketing gains during Cycle 2 or 3.
My best estimate for you is to expect an average of .5 to 1 pound per week in lean muscle growth. I've done 2 lbs/week at times and I'm a "hardgainer", other users have reported gains much greater than that during certain cycles...but I don't want to raise your expectations too high.
Fitness experts say it is actually impossible to put on any more than 1 lb. of lean muscle mass per month.
I agreed with them...until I started training with these principles.
But the best gauge of your success will be to compare it to your previous gains. Since I know what else is out there, I can promise you that you can easily double, triple, even quadruple your previous results using the
8 Anabolic Factors I cover in Optimum Anabolics.
Just remember that everyone has a biogeneticly different "blueprint" and your gains will really depend upon how your specific body responds to each cycle.
But that's where the beauty of the Optimum Anabolics program REALLY comes in...
You see, each cycle (there are 6 cycles in total) utilize a different combination of exercise and diet strategies. By closely recording your actual changes in body composition (muscle gain and fat loss), you get to see EXACTLY which cycles work best for YOUR body!
This is NOT a "one-size-fits-all" program and anyone that tells you that what worked for them will work for you is sadly misinformed!
But by utilizing the tools the Optimum Anabolics program provides you, you'll be come "Master" of your own genetics and craft a personally customized, hardcore bodybuliding program that can't be duplicated elsewhere!

Anabolically yours,

The "Muscle Nerd"
