Am I too "young" to train with the Optimum Anabolics program?

If you're a "teenager" then you're most likely not too young to begin the Optimum Anabolics program.

In fact, you have the added benefit of your developing testosterone levels (but I probably don't need to tell you THAT, do I?)

Teenagers looking to begin a bodybuilding program are at a prime age to being learning proper training techniques and I've received testimonials from several younger "clients" about their transformed bodies.

In fact, hopefully you saw the before and after pictures of the 15-year old that made GREAT gains on the main page of this website).

In my experience, if you're a teen and looking to begin my bodybuilding program, there will be 2 challenging areas for you...

1. Take things slow at first. Most of my teenage clients are pretty quick to pull the trigger and want to simply jump in and lift crazy weights like the knucklehead wrestlers at their school (no offense if you're a wrestler). Ignore the amount of weight you're lifting! Learn proper technique first and the gains will come much faster. And...

2. Pay very close attention to your diet. I have a teenage son and I KNOW how you guys eat! You can't build quality muscle on Big Macs, Pizza, and soda. There's a whole chapter on "why" and "how" in the Optimum Anabolics program...study it...and LIVE it!

Anabolically yours,
